Paris Saint Germain have opened up talks with AC Milan goal-keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

According to reports from Europe, the deal is set to be worth around £46 million and could also include players moving in the other direction as part of the deal.

It has been speculated that Alphonse Areola will be included in the deal which would see him join the Rossoneri as his replacement next season.

PSG have moved on to the Italian after they failed to prize away Manchester United shot-stopper, David De Gea as United are still reluctant to sell the Spaniard below their set price of around £60 million.

However according to Eurosport, Donnarumma is also reluctant to leave Milan but faces a similar situation to that of the 2017 summer with his agent Mino Raiola pushing for the 20-year-old to move on from Milan and head to the French capital.

Donnarumma has featured over 150 times for Milan in four seasons at the club and has been labelled the successor to Gianluigi Buffon for the national side – already featuring 12 times for the Azzurri.
